When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. We operate under regular business hours being Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) and with the exception of Postal holidays. Therefore, it can take as long as 48 hours to process your order. Please contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order.

Expedited Shipping

Note that purchasing expedited shipping (e.g., USPS priority) does not mean that we process your order more quickly. It simply means that we ship your order using USPS priority which is in some cases faster than USPS first-class. Most of the time, USPS first-class is just as fast as USPS priority. 

If you find that an order is taking too long to ship you can also cancel the order and we'll issue you a refund. If the order has already shipped and you want to cancel an order, you can refuse the parcel or we will provide prepaid postage so that you can return the item.
